Little Fyodor remembers: Russ Stevens was a friend of Ed’s (Fowler), one of the old Telethon party crew. Probably had no connection with what we knew of as the cassette underground scene except for this. But he did this, he recorded his own song on a cassette, just cause he wanted to. What’s more cassette underground than that? Well, that, and singing about biting hind parts! I remember seeing him at Marsha Wooley’s house watching football games and Attack of the Killer Tomatoes….(Head Moron notes: Russ was among the original "Dirt Clods" in Ed Fowler's living room)n
